At this stage if you are concerned with regard to the authenticity of the item I would say you need to contact ebay to begin proceedings to recover your money.
I would try to recover the funds through the financier also, be that pay pal or otherwise.
Should this fail you have the address of the seller if you won, take him to court or report him to your local police.
The offence is fraud.
