John, you may be right, but I have sold a lot of watches from numerous brands and every now and then, one slips through the quality control radar.
Bearing in mind that these watches are brand-spanking new from the factory and they may need a little while to loosen up. I agree with you, John. It doesn't tend to happen all that often. But it can happen, especially if the watch has been sitting on a display stand for a while causing the oils to settle at the bottom of the case.
