Yeah - just relax and wear the watch. My first Omega was a 1974 Speedmaster, and I did horrible things to it for twenty years straight before it finally succumbed, and then it was more to incompetent local jewelers rather than the abuse. I can't recall the number of times my left arm and the watch got slammed into a wall, the mast on my boat, or one of the down tubes on my hang glider. I'd suggest, however, that you change your everyday dressing habits to put your Omega on in another room beside the bathroom, and once it's on your wrist leave it there no matter what.
