..>> needs to be emphasized. Maybe you can include it in your FAQ. If one is cutting the rubber strap to shorten the size, ALWAYS start of shortening the strap in small increments. You can always cut some more off but you can't add. ;-) Try to adjust the band evenly , i.e. cutting of equal ammounts on each side so that the buckle will sit in exact middle. There are two additional places left for strap length adjustment, four on one side and three on the other.
