: I have a Constellation quartz (date) made in
: the mid 1990s. Pulling the crown out one
: notch turns the hour hand. I was wondering
: if there is a way to adjust the date quicker
: than having to turn the hour hand around
: twice for each day.
But try pulling th ecrown out and see if there is a SECOND postion that allows you to advance the date. Remember, advancing the date only works turning hte crown in one direction. So if you fina a position that seems to do nothign, try turning the crown several times, then try the other direction.
Hard to say more exactly without knowing exactly which of the dozens of different Constellation quartz models from that era you have. There are several different quartz movements used then that do not all operate the same.
