Hello,
Can anyone tell me what exactly is the procedure when you have your watch 'regulated'? My SMP was losing 15 seconds a day (after I dropped it, no cosmetic damage though). I took it to a factory authorized agent. They serviced it while I waited. Afterwards I was told that it was regulated. I asked the person at the desk and she did not know what that meant. This is the second time I had it done. After the first time it only lost 6 seconds a day. Hopefully, this time will put it in chronometer parameters. Are there degrees that a watch can be regulated? The more you regulate the more you lose or gain time? I would appreciate any info. Thanks in advance.
