You will find from time to time you will need to have the watch regulated this is due to a change in the way you wear your watch and also the change within the watch as the oil changes remember the watch should be serviced every 3-5 years. A good guide is to have your watch set to about +6 as watches tend to slow down over time so will give you the best time keeping over the longest period
