I struggled with the same issue. I dont have a pic for you, but I decided to go with the full size Seamaster Professional w/black dial. I have very small wrists, about 6 inch diameter, but the watch fits my lifestyle and the look I was going for. I am also not very big, about 5'7", 160 lbs, to give you some additional reference. I wear the watch with a suit almost daily and feel that the SMP gives that rugged but sophisticated look. Good luck with your decision.
