That's a pretty heavy prognosis just because nobody has been able to help you with your unusual request in the past four days.
Most people here don't bastardize their OMEGA watches by swapping parts like that. And very few people here are watch repair staff or have access to info on what parts might be available to accomplish the customizations you are asking about.
Just becuase the answers you need may lie somewhere else is no reason to be insulting on your way out the door.
