I can only tell you what I do. I treat them as character marks and when I send my watches to Omega for servicing they will buff the watches out for you. I have heard people here who regularly remove scrtches with scotch brite type pads. I have also heard that this removes fine layers of the material and if done too much can change the original look. Who Knows??
