Looks like a basic quartz Seamaster, probably from the late 1970s to early 1980s.

Value is highly dependent on condition. If it is in excellent to mint condition, then you might get $250-400 for it.

But I hear from a lot of people who inherit an old, battered, nearly worn out OMEGA and are hoping it is worth a lot. Nobody will pay much for a watch that is beat to crap or otherwise heavily worn--even if it was an expensive model when new. So if it is in poor condition, you may even have trouble getting $75 for it.
