Any good watchmaker knows how to screw a back on in any climate without leaving moisture inside. The watchmaker that taught me in Switzerland was the service manager in a very humid country and said he had to case the watches up inside a box full of the silcon particles that attracted the water. No one watch will be 100% dry but 99.9%. We have just had a Dunhill back and it to steamed up but all seals are intact we heated the case with a hairdryer and then did the hot cold test and no more mist. If the amount of water inside a watch is enough to mist the glass be sure it will soon rust the pivot on the second hand and then start to give you problems.
