Hi, I posted a reply to an older message (paragraph below), but thought I'd start a new post since I had another question too. The price between the 300M Auto Seamster and Co-Axial GMT is about $1K. Functionally, how justifiable is the price just to get the co-ax feature?
I was wondering if you could email me with the authorized dealers with good prices? Best I found so far is http://www.topperjewelers.com, but their best price for the Seamaster Profesionall 300M Auto is $1436 with free shipping. I was at an authorized dealer in Singapore and it was just a hair over $1200 USD.
However, now that I'm back in the USA it's tough to buy that watch from the authorized dealer at the airport! The other one I like but I think it's too pricey for me is the Seamaster Co-Axial GMT. Have read the Cone review (good stuff) but was curious to get other opinions (I really really like it).
My dad owned a couple of Omegas when I was a kid. He passed away last March and I now want one even more than I did before. Something I can maybe hand down once my wife and I have kids.
Thanks!
