The only reason why I would agree that fake Omega & Rolex watches should be outlawed is because there are some criminal elements out there who try to sell them as real watches. I don't have a problem with the other watch brands you mentioned (Invicta, Sandoz, etc., etc.). As long as it's CLEARLY indicated that the designs of the watches they manufacture are copies.
