I have a black dial too, although I nearly bought a blue dial. The thing that fascinated me about blue dials was that they seem to be more seldom than black or silver dials. In the end, I chose the black dial because I got a few dollars rebate on it. Now, I am very happy with my choice. It's just my humble opinion, and no matter what, it's you who will have to make the final tough decision on what suits you best.
