Derek, you are right.Its sad to say that in the world we now live in,all to often we experience a kind of "don't care" attitude,and rarely are many business's interested in much more than a sale.
I am no expert on such matters,but Richard took a genuine interest in my watch problems and went out of his way to solve them,...without any prompting. On seeing his professionally kitted out, well stocked premises and having such a pleasurable experience from such a likeable fella, it really made me realise what a difference a committed expert service can make over the,...all to common, poor service we have come to expect and usually recieve in life.
