I echo Derek's thoughts. Make sure it's a reputable Omega shop with jewelers/wacthmakers who "understand" Omega bracelets. I had a few less than satisfactory incidents, so I took Keiths advice, bought a $15.00 resizing tool and do my own now. Never have to worry about scratcing or scuffing when you do it yourself.
