Sounds as if your watchmaker is having you on Omega parts for watchmakers can be obtain in most places here in the UK we have material dealers that Swatch supply and the same is said for USA.

We can also if you are big user of parts deal direct with Swatch

I have had a dial for a 176-026 that has just come in which took 1 month to obtain from Switzerland
