Common man
You may have bilingual day disk if you go to the hand set and move the hands backwards you should see the day disk move back and show the other day. this could also be done possible from the quick date set but remember to move the hands away from the date change time.
Also remember that some companies look at adding the odd bit here and there to say this ours so you may find an extra jewel here or a different finish on the plates.
if your watch is a day/date then the cal should be one of the following 2769 or 2789 or 2790
2769 is non auto day/date
2789 is 21600 auto day/date
2790 is 28800 auto day/date
