: Looking at pictures on Omega's site,
: specifically 4631.31.31 and 4631.30.31. Both
: are described as "Self-winding
: chronometer, Co-Axial Escapement movement
: ...", same caliber (2500).

Both watches do have the exact same co-axial movement.

: 1. The 31.31 has Co-AXIAL and CHRONOMETER on
: the dial, but 30.31 has AUTOMATIC and
: CHRONOMETER. Which I found strange.

I suspect the picture on Omega's website is a bit outdated. All current model DeVille's say CO-AXIAL CHRONOMETER on the dial, though older models did say AUTOMATIC CHRONOMETER. The older model may have even been discontinued and Omega simply hasn't bothered to update their website. This has happened many times before.

: 2. The 30.31 has a silver dial, the 31.31 a
: white one. However, on the pictures the
: "silver" looks "whiter"
: than the "white" one. Is it just
: me, is silver that white, or is the
: "multi-layered anti-reflective
: treatment" causing this, or are the
: pictures misleading?

The pictures are misleading. Again, I suspect the photo of the silver dial model is outdated. I have a DeVille with a white dial, but it is a "cream white" so in certain lighting I suppose it could appear to be a light silver color.
