That's not surprising. The last local Omega retailer I went to had salespeople who were clueless. As soon as I asked the sales lady one question, she had to go get her manager. When he came to help me, he was just as ignorant. He didn't even know that the Aqua Terra models came with a co-axial movement. Before I left I asked them if they were hiring.
