I recently saw the COSC numbers for 2003 and I noticed that compare to 1999 - Rolex, Omega and Panerais increased the number of certificates obtained, while Breitling, Bulgari and Tag Heuers decreased. Wondering if anyone knew whether this was due to Breitling,Bulgari and Tags deciding not to obtain COSC or whether their production/sales have dropped off? It would seem to me that Breitlings and Tag's COSC number should have increased, based on the two brands recent popularity.
Also, wondering if anyone had 2004 COSC numbers.
