Re: Constellation Double Eagle - losing 16 sec per

: I recently purchased an Omega Constellation
: Double Eagle Co-Axial watch from a grey
: market dealer on the internet. When I
: received the watch it came with all the
: boxes and manuals and serial number intact,
: so I didn't have any doubts about it being
: authentic. However, after wearing the watch
: for a few days I noticed that there were a
: few tiny specs on the underside of the
: crystal, so I contacted the dealer and
: arranged to send the watch back to have it
: cleaned. After about a month I received the
: watch back and the specs were gone and
: everything appeared to be fine. Now I'm
: noticing that the watch is losing about 16
: seconds every 24 hours. It is my
: understanding that the co-axial should only
: lose 4/6 seconds per day. Should I be
: sending the watch back to have it looked at
: again or will it correct itself after being
: worn for a few months? Should I be concerned
: that this watch is not an authentic Omega?

The fact the your watch is loosing 16 sec per day certainly means that its out of COSC specs, but that has nothing to do with it being authentic or not.
