I have had similar experiences at Bailey Banks & Biddle. Few of their employees seem to have any real watch training.

On the other hand, my local store has two amazing (non-Omega) WISs. One is a former customer who, when downsized, took the job. Most of my poor experience has been at out of town BBBs.

So they are not all necessarily idiots.

I am further partial to that store because it has a half price pre-owned case. It currently includes a 1995 SMP.
