I think my girlfriend and daughter have conspired to purchase me the book Omega Saga for a combined Father's Day and birthday gift.
Be careful what you hint for: while I'm thrilled, I guess I will also be teaching myself French! (Omega Saga is only available in French.)
So much of horology is French-based, I have picked up a smattering of terms and phrases. I guess I will be on Babelfish and other translation sites a bunch!
