Is a Full Rotor much more desirable than a Bumper?

I've read up on vintage Omega movements and understand the basic differences in the principles of full rotor vs. bumper. Clearly, the full rotor is more efficient at self-winding. But I wonder if there are any other advantages to the full rotor?

Does the full rotor require less maintenance than a bumper automatic? If so, by what degree?

Will a full rotor remain "accurate" longer than a bumper automatic? What I mean is, after a year or so of use will the full rotor lose/gain fewer seconds than a bumper, or is it negligible?

How does a bumper automatic of 354 caliber (I've heard it to be the best of the bumpers) compare to a full rotor movement, in terms of sustained accuracy and maintenance requirements?
