Timezone's forum software, just like that used here at zOwie, creates a cookie on your machine that is uses to remember your name and when you were last on to tell what messages are new.
It is possible that your TimeZone cookie has become corrupt and causes the confusion when you try to visit their site.
You may need to delete the cookie for TZ! How to do this depends on your browser. Contact TZ or search for support info on your specific browser.
