OMEGA 3510.50 reduced

I just got pre-owned omega speedmaster (reduced) from my friend but it seems to be very light comparing to the yacht master (oyster perpetual date) mid-sized rolex. Can anyone in this forum tell me the exact weight of 3510.50?

And my friend told me once the serial# of this watch was 57xxxx71 but when I got the watch, the # is one digit different. The last digit is not 1 but 0. He explained that the last digit can be changed from 0 to 1 for some reasons. Can any of you help me explaining this? Your help is greatly appreciated!
