Seamaster help.

Hello there.

I've just bought a great second hand Seamaster, see pics in the links below.

It's Quartz, no markings on the back.

Does anybody know how old it might be and any tips on the winding? The winding crown seems to come out one click only but then moves the hour and minute hands together. The winding crown is concave with a rough centre. When it's pushed in, hard in the centre, the second hand stops. I'd like to know how to alter the minute hand and the date if possible.
