OMEGA 3510.50 reduced (again)

Hi again, folks! As I posted on the last topic, I got (bought, not free =)) 3510.50 (reduced) from my friend. I have one more curiosity about minute and second (small circle) arms, which I just found out this evening. Maybe I am just paranoiac but this evening I tried to make the minute arm be exactly at the number position (i.e. at 0sec, the minute must be at the number or at 30sec, it must be exactly between two numbers). The best I could do now is the minute arm is precisely at number position when sec arm is at 5 sec. But here comes my doubt.

I finished calibrating the omega at 8pm but then at 11pm I observed my omega again. The minute arm changes its position! I mean the minute is precisely at number position when sec is at 20, not 5 anymore. Any guess what? Now it is at 5 again, not 20. Hmm.. This might be a stupid question, and for that I am sorry. =P But can anyone explain me whether it is normal for this 3220 type? Many thanks for all of your sharing opinions! ;)
