SMP 300 Accuracy Question

Is it normal for my SMP auto to lose about 5 seconds every hour or two at the bottom of its winding curve? Another words, my watch is accurate within COSC specs when kept fully wound, but I noticed it drops off sharply after about 40 to 44 hours.

Just wondering if this is normal or if anyone has this experience. For the most part I keep it pretty close to fully wound but I noticed a "slowing down" trend the times I let it go a couple days.
