Both watches are the EXACT same color and they are both dark blue. The bezel will appear to be more of a dark royal blue, while the dial appears to be more of a navy blue color due to the effect of the wave pattern on the dial. This wave pattern can make the dial look almost black in certain lighting situations. Neither dial nor bezel could be described as "bright blue" by any stretch of the imagination.
