After seven years had to send my Seamaster Chrono in for service as stopped working. Sent to Omega in NYC - Aside from need complet maintenance whcih I agree - they write chrono is faluty, rate is poor, replace dial and hands - As I inquired further I discover - the naked I cannot discern with faded hands or dials, chrono is not faluty and still with in COSC certification and rate is poor? no idea. Orginal estimate $750 new and final estimate $400 - watch waht they try and sell you when its not needed! - I am not impressed with service thats for certain - oh yea will take 6 weeks to get it back - Glad I have other watches. Any suggestions for other service locations please let me know.
