: The SeMP's ARE tough watches, and they can take
: a real beating. I swim with mine, and also
: shoot my Smith & Wesson 500 Magnum
: pistol with it on my left wrist. Golf and
: tennis are a walk in the park compared to
: that. That being said, the hard and very
: rapid vibrations of an engraving tool are
: something that a watch would never encounter
: while being worn, so if the entire watch was
: subjected to these high frequency and high G
: vibrations something could have been moved
: around inside. Good luck!
You are one tough cookie! Shooting that hand cannon...while swimming even! ;) I shoot lesser calibre handguns ambidextrously and I believe the watch will stand up to the pounding when on my "gun hand". The problem I have is worrying whether the bracelet can stand up to the constant forces exerted on it. I also get "bitten" on the back and base of my hand by the crown when shooting some of my hotter loads (250gr linotype semi-wad over 9grs of Unique-3" .44 mag) so I just take it off now. I must admit though, the brushed stainless bracelet on my SMP c-grph nicely accents the stainless finish on my revolver. I think this is the male version of matching shoes and purses for women!
