It's always a matter of personal preference, but with a 7" wrist I can see why the mid-size looks too small. I have a 6 3/4" wrist and own both the 2531.80 and 2254.50 full size models. Larger watches have been more stylish than smaller ones for years now. I've seen women wearing larger watches than my full size Seamasters, so I highly doubt anyone will think a full size model is too big for you. At first it may look big, but you WILL get used to it, just as I did.
