Paul..I have a 3303. There are known issues that Omega is aware of, one of which may have jammed the date function. Try the other Omega forum (not sure if I can say the name here), and ask for recommendations for Authorized service centers that do good work. If it is because of one of those known issues, several parts need to be replaced with updated ones. Omega will fix any defects with the 3303 even beyond warranty as i understand. Good luck..
