There are no orange dial Planet Oceans on Omega's website, so I assume the one you saw was just for the European market (at least for now). Anyway, I think the orange bezel contrasts nicely with the black dial, but I do think an all-orange model would be a bit too "loud" for me.

In all honesty, though, the Planet Ocean is a very sporty watch, so I can see why Omega would use this model to experiment with different colors. Frankly, and this is only my OPINION, my biggest disappointment with the Planet Ocean is that it looks TOO sporty. I think the existing Seamasters (Bond and black) look more elegant, which makes them more versatile for both casual and dressy occasions.
