I would have it serviced anyway! Sea water is not the best thing to have inside the movement of your watch. Eventhough has dried by now, there's still salt inside. If you have never had your watch serviced before, perhaps this would be an excellent opportunity to have it done before any unnecessary long-term damage occurs.
