While it's true that Omega uses ETA movements in their watches, they HEAVILY modify them to make them function "just right" for each particular model. No Omega watch has a stock ETA movement just thrown into it. That $100 base ETA movement may go through numerous upgrades that would cost hundreds of dollars more BEFORE it is put into an Omega watch.
