Unless you personally know a watchmaker with lots of experience repairing Omega watches, you need to send it to an authorized Omega repair center. In the US the only location is in Secaucus, NJ. However, you could pay more for shipping and send it to Omega HQ in Bienne, Switzerland as well. Both addresses can be found on Omega's website at www.omega.ch.

Most people agree that Bienne provides the best service, though it's more expensive and more of a hassle to send the watch to Switzerland. The US location had been based in Lancaster, PA and had a very spotty reputation. Omega was aware of this and the new facility in NJ has been trying to improve their service record.
