I have the opportunity to buy a titanium Seamaster Model 2231.50.00 for $2100 from an online dealer. They will provide one with a serial number on the watch as oppossed to removed. This would be my first Omega. Two questions. 1. Is $2100 a fair price and 2. Should I go steel over Ti - I am not allergic to nickel? Thanks for any guidance.
