The functions are
1 to set the hour, pull crown out and you will be able to set the hour hand (note this is also the only way to set the date)
2 The pusher is meant to set the seconds and minutes. Push in once and the second hand will jump 2 seconds push in and hold for 5 seconds and then release and push in again straight away and the second hand will run fast to set the minutes once you are near the correct time release the pusher and then do final adjustments by jumping the second hand
