Thanks, you have definitely been of help. I do agree that the Navitimer is a beautiful watch to look at, which is really why I considered it in the first place. As I said, I don't NEED a chronograph function at all, but the overall look of the Navitmer caught my eye. And, yes, I have considered the leather strap option, which brings the MSRP down by $910 to $4250.

Still, I do tend to place a lot of weight on the quality of the movement when purchasing a watch. The co-axial is so heavily modified that one could argue it is virtually an "in-house" movement. My own experience with this movement in my DeVille has been phenomenal. To say that it has exceeded my expectations would be an understatement, as it only gains one second every few days.

So, aethetically speaking the Navitimer is far and away the best looking watch of the bunch, but from a technical aspect Omega's co-axial movement is the hands-down winner. If only I could combine the two....
