Thanks for your comments! By the way, I failed to mention that I live in Sweden so I am using Swedish crowns rather than $ to buy it (and the Kronor is pretty strong). And, I have already found out that I will get 7.06% back (because the item is duty free).

I spoke to Omega Zurich on the phone and they told me that I would get a discount (but of course didn't say how much). I really wanted to know where I should start in terms of asking for a discount so that I don't violate any sacred Swiss traditions on haggling ;-)
