Help!!!

HiYa....I'm new here, e-bay seller and now trying to trade watches....(and make a profit)....so as to buy my husband a Patek phillipe (soon I hope, as I promised him one!)I have bought a book, have an eye for quality, and just recently started trading timepieces....(most of the watches I have listed are junk, bought for less than £1 each, but sold a gold hamilton for a profit....bought an etera-matic 3000 date automatic....sold it the following day that I received (changed the strap.....placed a better advert!!....sold for more than double whatI paid! So.....in a rush of adrennalin......found an Omega seamaster on e-bay.....bought it within 2 minutes of reading the ad...(one of those mad impulses.....lI enjoy taking a gamble....18 bids....powerseller with 100% positive...got the watch for $151 US. Remember seeing these going for £300+ in the UK....so guys....help!! Have I bought wisely?? Here is the e-bay item no: (go in e-bay, do a search, and insert this number: 5023195226 What I spotted (after I bid), was that the guy says it is a manual wind movement...watch dial says automatic? I have not paid yet, guy has 100% positive feedback, guarantees the authenticity, and has sold 552 items so pretty good for e-bay standards....have I bought a dud?...cheers...Helen
