: Here is my most recent purchase, Omega SM 300
: 165.024. This watch has had extensive work
: performed on it with all original Omega
: parts used. It is in flawless condition and
: looks at it did back in the early 1960's
: when new. I am very excited. I would like
: opinions as to collectability and future
: investment potential of this watch if kept
: in near-mint condition for years to come.

: Thank you for reading,

You know that there were and are a lot of fakes on the bay, 9/10 seamaster 300 for sale on teh bay are fake and their movement is far to be NOS. A 1965-1969 seamaster 300 non date has a 552 and a seamster 300 with date has a 565 both calibers with 24 jewels, if it is not the case then the watch is a franken.
