Is this constellation authentic? Help pls

Hello fellow watch lovers. I am in the market for an Omega and need your help to authenticate a pre-owned Omega Constellation all stainless steel watch that I am considering buying from a friend. I was very keen on buying it, but am now having doubts about its authenticity. Its an automatic chronometer rated calibre 1109 with back case signed 49652183. The most striking feature in this Constellation automatic chronometer is that it has a see through back. The things that are causing me doubt aside from the see through back are the following: 1. There is no star under the words Constellation Chronometer Automatic. Other Constellation chronometers, I have seen the star. The case seems to be of the newer designs and I believe calibre 1109 is an old calibre usually used for seamasters. The hands also don't look like the type usually used in the constellation. Can anyone give me some helpful advice on this? Thank you very much in advance.
