something to say

Hi

I have known many oif mu friends who baught their watches at power sellers but the result was average to negative.
Imagine the watch is said to be great condition but whne you receive it you see it has a very average dial and lume is almost dead.
Even the omegas I have seen for sale on the bay often had uncorrect crowns, movments, hands, worn movements, almost dead lume and poor precision. The problem is that person who sells them are often not watchmakers. And when you buy a watch on the bay you have a very ridiculous three months warranty and most of the time no warranty. What some power sellers claim to be authentic is often not authentic. If you know what movement is inside the watch then you will know it if not you will get burned.
I know too many people who have regrets buying from the bay. Personnaly I prefer to buy my watch at a vintage watchshop which seller is a trusted watchmaker. Here is the link of one the best vintage watch seller retailer in france http://www.montresexpert.com/englishversion/accueilenglish.html.
He is a very honest and very good person to deal with.
