If the producers and the new actor (whoever he may be - there's another topic) stick with Omega, I'd say the co-ax GMT SMP. I'm sure "Q" will have some nifty function for the GMT indicator and will tell Bond how amazing the co-ax escapement is.
I can't see an Englishman using a watch from the Italian Navy, so I doubt it would be a Panny. Although they seem to be the current darling of the cinema.
Horror of horrors, it could be a quartz! Remember there were a couple movies where he wore a Seiko! If they want a real high-tech gadget watch, maybe the new 5.11 Tactical Watch with the ballistic software built in. You enter range, wind speed & direction, and the watch tells you what corrections to make for windage and elevation. Now that's a Bond watch if I ever saw one! Except it's huge, ugly & wouldn't go with a tux!
