Have just read a article in a watch magazine that has said that a material dealer in Switzerland has been told by Omega that it will be enforcing a supply of parts restriction to watchmaker that only have a certain WOSTEP standard if this goes world wide you will find it even harder to get your Omega's done. On the up side at least you know the person/workshop that does have access to parts should have a good quality of repair
You are right about stock if it is a standard bezel Omega should have it in stock. We only on a very rare occasion find the Swatch group in the UK do not have the parts. But remember these house do run a just in time stock level.
Which Bezel is it? might be able to send it from here
